Terms of Use
Last updated: 4 September 2026
These terms govern your use of dgftech.us. They do not govern any project we deliver for you. Paid work is covered by the separate written agreement we sign with you, and where that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement wins. This page is not legal advice and should be reviewed by your counsel.
Using this site
You may read this site, and download or print material from it, for your own business evaluation. You may not copy it for republication, scrape it to build a competing service, attempt to break its security, or use it in any way that is unlawful.
The content here is information, not an offer
Everything on this site, including prices, packages, timelines and case study figures, is provided for information. Nothing on this site is a binding offer or a guarantee of a result. Published prices and delivery times are indicative and are confirmed in a written quote before any work begins.
Case studies and figures
Results described in case studies were measured for those clients in their own circumstances. They are not a promise of what your business will achieve.
The assistant
The chat and voice assistant is generated by an AI model. It can be wrong. Nothing it says creates a contract, a quote or a commitment, and you should confirm anything important with a person before relying on it. Do not send confidential information through it.
Intellectual property
The content, design, code and trade marks on this site belong to Digital Future Tech or to the parties who licensed them to us. Ownership of work we produce under a client engagement is set out in that engagement’s agreement.
Third party links
Where we link to other sites, including our customer portal and review profiles, we are not responsible for their content or their practices.
Liability
This site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Digital Future Tech is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
