You do. On final payment, the code, designs and content we produce for your project transfer to you, along with the accounts and infrastructure they run on.
We work under an NDA whenever you want one, and we take only the access a piece of work actually requires. Credentials are held in a password manager, never in email or chat, and access is revoked at handover.
Every build is handed over with documentation and a walkthrough for your team. Support and response times after that are set out in your agreement, and ongoing support is available as a monthly package.
Fixed scope projects are invoiced in stages against agreed milestones. Monthly packages are billed monthly in advance. Exact terms are confirmed in writing before any work begins.
Monthly packages can be cancelled with 30 days notice. For fixed scope projects, you are billed for the milestones completed at the point you stop, and you keep everything delivered up to then.
