We are a digital transformation agency in Lake Mary, Florida. DFT was created in 2024 out of Technology International, which has served clients since 1992, so the company is new but the delivery experience behind it is not.
Our office is at 1331 S International Pkwy, Ste 2251, Lake Mary, FL 32746. We work with clients across the United States and internationally, and we are happy to run a project entirely remotely.
A small senior team. The people who scope your project are the people who build it, so nothing is handed down to a junior bench after the sales call.
Within one business day, with a scoped next step rather than an autoresponder. If you would rather pick a time yourself, the assistant in the chat bubble can check our live calendar and book the call for you.
We will say so plainly, and early. If an audit finds that the work you are asking for will not earn its money back, that is what the written verdict will tell you.
Three stages, run in order or on their own. Strategize audits the business model and the technology under it. Enhance designs and ships the systems that make the work faster. Automate hands the repeatable work to AI voice, chat and agentic systems.
Every stage ships working systems in 4 to 12 weeks, not a slide deck. A technology audit is a fixed 4 week engagement that ends in a written verdict you can act on with or without us.
Usually not. We build inside the platforms your team already uses and integrate around them. Rebuilding from scratch is a recommendation we make only when keeping the current system costs more than replacing it.
Law firms, accounting and finance, construction, growth stage SMBs, industrial manufacturing, real estate, education, ecommerce and home services, plus government and public sector work through ProPermit.
Fixed scope and fixed price wherever the work can be defined up front, with monthly packages for ongoing delivery. Combining services in one engagement reduces the rate on each, up to 25 percent.
You do. On final payment, the code, designs and content we produce for your project transfer to you, along with the accounts and infrastructure they run on.
We work under an NDA whenever you want one, and we take only the access a piece of work actually requires. Credentials are held in a password manager, never in email or chat, and access is revoked at handover.
Every build is handed over with documentation and a walkthrough for your team. Support and response times after that are set out in your agreement, and ongoing support is available as a monthly package.
Fixed scope projects are invoiced in stages against agreed milestones. Monthly packages are billed monthly in advance. Exact terms are confirmed in writing before any work begins.
Monthly packages can be cancelled with 30 days notice. For fixed scope projects, you are billed for the milestones completed at the point you stop, and you keep everything delivered up to then.
