Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 September 2026
This policy explains what Digital Future Tech collects when you use dgftech.io, why we collect it, and who else can see it. It covers this website only. It is not legal advice and should be reviewed by your counsel before you rely on it.
Who we are
Digital Future Tech, 1331 S International Pkwy, Ste 2251, Lake Mary, FL 32746, United States. For any privacy question, or to ask us to delete your data, email solutions@dgftech.us or call +1 407 507 7700.
What we collect, and why
Information you give us
When you submit a form on this site, we collect the fields you complete. Depending on the form these include your name, work email, phone number, company and company website, the services or type of partnership you selected, your budget, timeline and company size, and any message you write. A job application also includes the role you are applying for and the links you share to your resume and your LinkedIn profile or portfolio. We use this only to respond to your enquiry or application and to scope work you have asked us about.
Conversations with the assistant
The chat bubble and the voice demo send what you type or say to Google’s Gemini API so it can generate a reply, and search our own website content held in a Pinecone index to ground that reply. Do not put confidential information into the assistant. If you ask it to book a call, the name and contact details you give it are stored the same way a form submission is.
Information collected automatically
- Visitor identification. Only if you allow it in the cookie banner, we use Leadfeeder (Dealfront), which matches the IP address of each visit against a database of company networks, so we can see which companies visit this site and which pages they view. It identifies organizations, not individual people.
- Usage analytics. Only if you allow it in the cookie banner, Google Analytics records how the site is used, such as the pages viewed and the forms submitted, and reports it to us in aggregate.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider, Netlify, records standard request data including IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
Cookies and similar technologies
Nothing optional runs until you choose. On your first visit a cookie banner asks whether to allow analytics (Google Analytics) and visitor identification (Leadfeeder). Your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage rather than in a cookie, and you can change it at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Turning a category off deletes its cookies. The site itself sets no cookies.
Other services are involved only in these situations:
- Google Maps on the contact page. The map does not load until you press “Show the map”, and pressing it allows Google to set cookies.
- Google Analytics and Leadfeeder, only if you allow them in the cookie banner. Google Analytics sets _ga cookies; Leadfeeder sets _lfa and _lfa_consent.
- YouTube and Vimeo videos on industry pages. A video does not load until you press play. YouTube videos use its privacy enhanced (no cookie) player and Vimeo videos are asked not to track you, but once a video plays its provider can set cookies.
- Files from other services. Our typefaces are served from this site, not from Google Fonts. The 3D scene on the Automate page loads from Spline, and placeholder photos on the home page load from Picsum. These services receive your IP address as a technical consequence of serving the files.
- Google Preferred Sources. A Google script renders the button that lets you follow us in Google Search.
- Google reCAPTCHA protects our forms from automated abuse. It analyses your interaction with the site to score whether you are human, and is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers that run parts of this service:
- GoHighLevel, our customer relationship system, receives enquiry and booking details so our team can follow up.
- Google receives assistant messages through the Gemini API, and requests for maps, YouTube videos you play, the Preferred Sources button, reCAPTCHA verification and, if you allow it, Google Analytics measurement.
- Vimeo serves any Vimeo video you choose to play.
- Pinecone stores an index of our own published website content, which is searched to ground assistant answers.
- Leadfeeder (Dealfront) provides the visitor identification described above, if you allow it.
- Netlify, our website host, serves the site and stores enquiries and applications before they reach GoHighLevel.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and the contact records created from them are kept for as long as we have a business relationship with you, and for up to seven years afterwards where records must be retained. Server logs are kept for a short operational period. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email solutions@dgftech.us and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are in California, the CCPA gives you rights to know, delete, correct and opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information. If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, the UK GDPR and GDPR give you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you may complain to your supervisory authority.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to the systems holding enquiry data is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
